These are explicit ballots from pseudonymous campaign members. Open propositions with no decisive public mandate are prepared in advance and open automatically when at least three eligible members exist. They remain separate from external polling, public contributions, official elections, and representative Wisconsin opinion.

Membership limitation: one ballot means one KYN subject. This release does not prove that one natural person cannot create more than one subject, so results are not representative population estimates.
