Know Your Neighbor · release 2.0.0 active
An adult can create a device-held participation key and accept the exact release without giving the campaign a legal name, email, exact address, government ID, evidence, or private relationship graph. Release 2.0.0 proves one ballot per active KYN subject. It does not prove one-natural-person uniqueness, Wisconsin residency, voter status, or representative public opinion.
Ordinary participants can remain anonymous or pseudonymous and share only the qualification a process actually needs.
People who volunteer for verification or operational authority accept stronger proofing, audits, limits, and public accountability.
KYN is built in public so communities can inspect, challenge, test, and propose improvements to the published membership and ballot rules.
