Terms of Service for Party Favors

Welcome to Party Favors, a platform operated by The Party Party. By accessing or using our service at usaparty.party, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Party Favors, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Party Favors is a gamified engagement platform where users can:

• Earn digital tokens called "favors" through social media engagement
• Vote on community-driven projects using earned favors
• Participate in The Party Party's democratic initiatives
• Connect social media accounts for authentication and activity tracking

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; multiple accounts may result in suspension

Social Media Integration

• You grant us permission to access public information from connected social accounts
• You can disconnect social accounts at any time through your dashboard
• We do not post on your behalf without explicit permission

4. Favor System

Earning Favors

Favors can be earned through legitimate platform activities:

• Daily check-ins (5 favors)
• Following Party Party accounts (100 favors, one-time per platform)
• Likes and comments (2 favors each, up to 5 total per day)
• Sharing content (10 favors, once per day)
• Successful referrals (25 favors)

Using Favors

• Favors can be spent to vote on Party Party initiatives
• Favors have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to adjust favor values or mechanics with notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to earn favors
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the favor system
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Sell, transfer, or commercialize your account or favors

6. Voting and Community Participation

• Voting on initiatives is binding and cannot be undone
• We reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate project proposals
• Community decisions are advisory and may be subject to legal and practical constraints
• Participation in voting does not guarantee implementation of winning proposals

7. Intellectual Property

• The Party Favors platform and its content are owned by The Party Party
• You retain rights to content you create, but grant us license to use it on the platform
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Party Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Party Favors.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to your favors and account data

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where The Party Party is located.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
